Autechre To Play First London Headline Show For Half A Decade

Mutant machine music pioneers Autechre are to return to the London stage for the first time in 5 years. The Warp Records duo of Sean Booth and Rob Brown are booked to headline Brixton Electric on Saturday 21st November, topping a bill that features support from Objekt, Powell, Russell Haswell and Rob Hall. Never ones for any A/V frippery, fans can expect Autechre to stick to what they do best – plunging Electric into darkness and turning the splintertechnofacesmasher knob all the way up to fucking mental.
The event is an all nighter, running from 10pm til 6am, and tickets go onsale from this Wednesday, starting from just short of £20. Grab them, along with more information, from over here.
