Âme, Kode9, Ron Morelli To Play Moga Festival 2016
The first edition of Moga Festival will take place in Essaouira, Morocco, from the 14th– 16th October. The festival will be spread across the UNESCO world heritage listed coastal city, in locations in the city as well the surrounding beaches and forested area.
Festival directors have described the festival’s ethos as wanting to "create linkages between different musical scenes, cultures and generations. Moga is a platform that fosters constructive exchange between those involved in the African electronic music scene and their counterparts from around the world."
The line up includes a bevy of internationally acclaimed artists, including Âme, Kode9, Lee Burridge, Ron Morelli, Bella Sarris,Huerco S, DJ Tennis, Culoe De Song, Mind Against and Terekke—as well as locals such as Kali G, Madjy & Massimo and Yacine Dessouki.
