6Music Announces inaugural festival

This morning the announcement came that this year will see the first BBC 6Music Festival. The news came live on the station this morning that the Victoria Warehouse in Manchester will be the home for this premiere event. The festival will take place on February 28th and March 1st and the line-up is currently being compiled piece by piece with announcement of 6Music throughout the day.
