Premiere: Sex Kino – Don’t Look Back

Dusk had always been her favourite time of day, that moment before all the light seeped away and the darkness took hold. Every evening she’d make her way down from the house and through the thin towering trees that seemed to soar high above the clouds. Sitting on the rocks looking out across the water, she felt her worries dissipate and her mind become unburdened.

Stockholm-based duo Sex Kino are behind the first 12″ from HEARec, a creative collective and label based out of Paris and Berlin. A debut release from the project, which consists of ex Pardon Moi producer James Brook and Swedish artist Josefine Larsson, the record was crafted in the forests of the Swedish archipelago and fuses elements of disco, folk, rock and new wave.
