Tryphème: The Wednesday Alternative Mix

Music

Based in Paris, here is an up and coming producer and musician who has caught the ears and attention of some of the most innovative and experimental in electronic music as of late. Tryphème first appeared a couple of years back when releasing music on Central processing Unit, the Sheffield based record label best known for a modern take on electro and beyond having released some of the finest releases across the genre in recent times.

Tryphème's sound is vast, it encompasses a sprawling array of influences, merging worlds in a playful fashion which is perhaps best showcased on her most recent release, her album "Thanks God For Air Emotions". The release appeared earlier this year on Da ! Heard It Records, a singular imprint which has showcased fresh experimental talent across many years in the form of Bill Vortex, Le Matin and many more. Tryphème's album fits perfectly within the abstract world within which it operates and was a beautiful insight into the forward thinking potential of electronic music in years to come.

We invited Tryphème to record this mix as we believe she has great taste and great potential. Let's get weird.
