First View: Sobrenadar – Habita

Argentinian dream pop artist Paula García aka Sobrenadar is one of our favourite new discoveries. Out tomorrow via Sonic Cathedral, her debut international release y compiles her two most recent self-released EPs and acts as the perfect introduction to her hazy, aqueous music, which falls somewhere near the intersection of Grouper, Air, Cocteau Twins and Gigi Masin.
Today we're premiering the video for her track 'Habita', directed by Fernando Delssin. It looks like The X-Files helmed by Terrence Malick and that is very good in my book.
“[The song] talks about all those things that make you weak", García explains. "We live in times where you have to gather strength, stand up and face things with grace. Everything is happening too fast, a lot of information and distractions that take us away from what really matters: we have to take care of each other."

y is out 21st September via Sonic Cathedral, buy it here.
