Memory Box Hosts Derrick Carter In Brighton

Memory Box are bringing their party back to Brighton in March with a special night featuring Chicago legend Derrick Carter. Memory Box creator Robin Ball says that Patterns is becoming one of their favourite "out-of-London haunts". Carter made his debut release in 1987, and was ahead of the curve of the Chicago house scene and eventually stamped his authority in the Nineties as the sound grew with labels such as Cajual, Relief and Radikal Fear. Expect house, old-school disco, soul, jazz and whatever catches his fancy, alongside Robin and Room 2 being transformed into the Memory Box Rave Bar.
