Yam Radio – This Weekend Live From Peckham

The ever-quickening march of the Peckham and SE London music scene continues this weekend with the launch of You And Music Radio. Tom and Theo, the guys behind the excellent YAM Records shop on Rye Lane, have been plotting this one for a while and now their plans, in partnership with local label First Word Records, have finally come to fruition.

Ahead of launching their fully-rolling radio station in the near future, this weekend sees the guys broadcasting live on Friday, Saturday and Sunday from Bold Tendencies – underneath Frank’s Rooftop Bar up on that carpark on Rye Lane. They’ll be in the mix from midday to 11pm on each day and have an eye-watering collection of artists assembled for the line up. DJs include Mr Thing, Andrew Ashong, YAM Records, Rhythm Section, Orsi and Wholemeal Music but head over to their events page for the full details and set times.
