The paper in her hand was now tattered and torn at its edges; she'd read it a 100 times, pouring over each word in the hope that some new meaning would arise from it. There was nothing that surprised her particularly, in fact she'd expected this series of events to unfold, but there was something about seeing it written on the page that gave it more impact. But whatever happened, she was always going to wait for him, the thought of giving up had never even entered her mind.
Something of a new name on the block, London-based producer and visual artist has been causing quite a stir in the underground with releases for Gaika's label and collaborations with CASisDEAD. His newest outing, a four-track EP titled 'Always Gonna Wait For You' he cites as "a natural progression" from his last mixtape, inspired by his stomping ground of Dalston and his musical upbringing. Created during the second lockdown, the release also explores "themes of desire and lust in an age of complex politics and crumbling conventions" merging his own distorted vocals with leftfield beats and future facing electronics imbued with pop sensibilities.
