Staring up at the tall buildings, watching as the flags blew in the wind. He began to think about his life in this country and what it might have been like had he not danced amidst the footstools of society, upon the concrete sidewalks which offered little comfort when you fell. This was what it was like looking from below, it wasn't pleasant, fruitful or simple as some might have you believe. It was uninspiring, cold and grey. The same people, the same faces day by day. Life was a drag yet somewhere up there in the great blue sky which glimmered beyond the clouds, there was hope. At least for a little while...
