To inaugurate his brand new cassette label Zodiaque Tapes, Krakow-based producer Universo offers up his first long player in a while: How To Convert Human Bodies Into Synaptic Smoke Screen. Previously known for his house releases on labels like Transatlantyk, Step Recordings and Breathing Room, on his new album Lukasz presents a fresh side to his production skills. Made up of eight tracks, the album moves through dark, psychedelic sounds, from minimal wave to industrial and electro. Hopefully we'll be seeing more of these flavours from Universo in the future…
