WILLIAM ONYEABOR DOC ‘fantastic man’goes live

Filmed in New York, London, Lagos and Enugu, Nigeria, the 30 minute documentary on William Onyeabor that follows the stupendously popular compilation on Luaka Bop last year, is now live to view on Vice’s Noisey channel.

With contributions and interviews from Dan Snaith and Martyn Ware of The Human League, the film explores the difficulty in getting any information on Onyeabor faced by Luaka Bop when putting together the compilation – Onyeabor is elusive to say the least.
