The Pop Group Release Video 34 Years Late

Is possibly the most shocking display of procrastination we've ever seen, post punk auteurs The Pop Group have finally recorded a video for their 1980 single 'Colour Blind' – some 34 years after it was first released.
The video has been created to tie in with the remastered reissue of the album 'Colour Blind' is taken from, 'We Are Time', due out via new label Freaks R Us on October 20th, with the band embarking on a 7 day UK tour from the same date.
The video's creator, New York artist Rupert Goldsworthy commented: “It's the sound of a teenager trying to figure their way through the awkwardness of adolescent desires. The song's video tags these emotive cues with visual snips that mimic its keening tones, its Pere Ubu-like crooning wail, and the production's swoop and gyre, and its staccato boogie rhythms.”
