The First 'Vinyl World Congress' Event To Take Place In Brighton In May

The first Vinyl World Congress conference is to take place in Brighton this Summer, aiming to bring the entire vinyl manufacturing industry together for the first time. They say: "Vinyl World Congress attracts technical leaders and industry executives from around the world to reveal what is driving such high demand in the Record Vinyl Manufacturing industry."

While indie and major labels face different sets of problems as a result of the vinyl resurgence, there will be talks from Sony, Universal and Warner as well as XL, PIAS, Ninja Tune and more in an effort to address these problems.

The first even takes place 15th-16th May 2018 at the Hilton Brighton Metropole, with an event planned for Tokyo in October 2018 and another in Brasil some time in 2019.
