Tender Hooks Returns With Selfless Machines Lp From T.Wiltshire

A while back our Shine A Light On… series took a look at T.Wiltshire and his first record, The Sandringham EP.

Now, one year on, Tender Hooks’ fourth release and debut LP comes from the label torchbearer taking the form of a 8-tracker entitled Selfless Machines, out autumn 2016 courtesy of Lobster Distribution. The LP forms a collection of intricate cuts on an analogue setup, fusing meandering synth motifs, warm layered atmospheres and dusty drum patterns. The album nestles itself comfortably between the living room and the dance floor, an engaging and wily mechanical mistress hellbent on your intentions.

A 4-track hand-stamped LP sampler will be available on limited edition 12″ press with individual artwork inserts by Robert Foster and full LP download codes. A full digital release is to follow.

In addition, Tender Hooks & Friends will be hosting a release party on Thursday 3rd November at GROW, Hackney featuring T.Wiltshire himself, Family We Choose, Pardon My French, Ketoloco and Rick Grant.
