Rare Earth – Get Ready (Live)

Every now and again you stumble across a 'standard' and just think: 'FUCK! Why did no-one else do that?' So it was when, in a tiny bar in Antwerp with a DJ that was old enough to know better, we discovered this version of The Temptations' 'Get Ready' by Motown's great white hope 'Rare Earth'.

All I need to tell you is that it's (just) over 20 minutes long, has a 5 minute drum solo in the middle and is made up of some of the slickest guitar chops you'll ever hear.
