Phil Mison To Release New Ibiza-Themed Compilation ‘Out Of The Blue’

Phil Mison, maestro of Balearic compilations, is set to release his latest Ibiza-themed offering on 9th June on Leng Records- home to releases from the likes of Idjut Boys, Tuff City Kids, Psychemajik and Rhythm Odyssey. 

'Out Of The Blue' is a 14 track journey through the hot and hazy hedonistic days and nights on the White Isle. The compilation promises to be Mison's most personal one, drawing influence from his own journey on the island. A loved-up album that was inspired by Phil's first experience of playing in Ibiza- behind the decks at Café Del Mar in 1993- and the events that led up to that point.

The album is a mixture of those early records that were played in those heady days, together with some more recent discoveries that are all in keeping with the happy, loved-up vibe of the island.
