Khidja to debut on DFA Records

Romanian duo Khidja will release their first EP on DFA Records. 

Following a remix for Essaie Pas’ album New Path last year, the pair present The Middle Of The Night, four tracks influenced by their time spent in Bucharest, London and Berlin and jagged hardware sounds. Representing the cycle of nighttime mentalities and twisted emotions like mania, paranoia and boredom, the release sees them move into darker dubbier territories. 

Since their first self-released record in 2010, Khidja have steadily made a name for themselves via a string of releases on labels like Malka Tuti, Hivern Discs and Love On The Rocks. 

The Middle Of The Night will be released on 19 April.
