Grace Jones, queen of the universe, is to see a deluxe repackaged re-issue of her classic 1981 LP ‘Nightclubbing‘.

With a double LP, double CD or single CD all on offer, Island/Universal have really gone to town with the release – pulling together rare mixes of classics like ‘Feel Up’ and ‘Pull up to the Bumper’ alongside the newly re-mastered (from the original tapes) versions of the original album tracks and a couple of cuts from the original sessions that didn’t make the original tracklisting.

Among the new cuts is a cover of Gary Numan‘s ‘Me! I Disconnect from You’ which, in hindsight, sounds like it was written for Ms Jones herself – the cover will also see a special 12″ release on Record Store Day b/w the long version of ‘Feel Up’.
