Batida Returns With New Single ‘Pobre E Rico’

Batida, aka Pedro Coquenão, returns to your earwaves with the release of 'Pobre E Rico' on 11th August. Taken from his forthcoming album 'Dois', set to be released via Soundway Records on 29th September, the single is very much inspired by Afro-house.
Featuring samples from a rare Afrobeat groove by Angolan legend Matadidi Mário and lines from the first Angolan movie made back in the 1970s, this new single follows on in the footsteps of 2012's self-titled debut album.
