Alden Tyrell Returns With Acid 3 & 7

Clone house master Alden Tyrell is set to release his debut for Delft Recordings this December, turning in a pair of bubbling acid workouts, prosaically named Acid 3 and Acid 7. Unsurprisngly for a producer so steeped in dance music heritage, Tyrell doesn't mess about, offering a traditionalists acid that is distinguished by the chunky, speaker pushing quality of his production. Remixes come from Delft label boss Kevin McHugh, who takes Acid 7 down a long dark tunnel, with a mix that could have come from a late 90s Tresor compilation, and So Wavey's Vin Sol, returning following his Matrixxman collab on Delft 004, and dialing up the jack for his mix of Acid 3. Soundclips and pre-orders are available over on the Clone Records site.
The release follows Tyrell's massive Some House release from 2013 – a neo acid monster that belongs in any discerning set remind yourself below –
