Radiophonic Arts Festival Takes Place This Weekend In Tottenham

Art & Culture

This weekend, Tottenham's brand new venue The Cause will play host to Radiophonic – a mini-festival tribute to the BBC's ground-breaking Radiophonic Workshop on its 60th anniversary.

Curated by EditedArts, there'll be live sets from the likes of Samuel Kerridge, AJA and Lia Mice, as well as DJs, talks, film screenings, artwork and loads more. The programme looks to the future, finding reflection of the Radiophonic Workshop's influences in the work of new artists working at the boundaries of technology, sound and art.

The Cause is a new 400-capacity grassroots events space situated in an ex-car mechanics depot. Through a monthly membership program, the venue aims to raise £25,000 to give to mental health charities.

Radiophonic takes place Saturday 21st April at The Cause/Down Lane Studios. Tickets and more info available here.
