Tuscany-based food, wine and music festival FLASH will host a string of live streams this weekend, including three live DJ sets and two wine tasting masterclasses, paired with local wines delivered directly to your door.
With this weekend marking what would have been the third edition of the festival, set in the ancient village of Castiglion Fiorentino in the Arezzo province, the organisers have decided to bring the festival to everyone at home.
They have handpicked three acts who were booked to play including Steel City Dance Discs label mate LOODS, Danish DJ and producer Rantil and an intro live performance from Australia of THE ZAP SHOW – an eclectic band blossomed in the artistic playground of Berlin, who will soundtrack the wine tastings. Two masterclasses will take place, with one hosted by Podere di Pomaio Winery in Tuscany for a Sangiovese masterclass, and by Top Cuvée in London for a Natural wine tasting.
The festival are also partnering with independent wine bars and restaurants to bring the smells and tastes of FLASH Festival across the world and deliver hand-picked bottles of red and natural wines in a box. For €40 - €55, people can support the indie-wine bars and pre-order boxes for UK, Copenhagen, Italy & East Australia here before Wednesday 13th May.
There will be two free live streams taking place on Saturday 16th May in Australia: 19:00 – 23:00 (AEST) and Rest of the world: 19:00 – 23:00 (BST).
