Check Out The Trailer For Fka Twigs Baltimore Dance Project Documentary

A trailer has been revealed for a new film that documents a daylong workshop hosted by FKA Twigs in July of this year in which 400 dancers from Baltimore took part.

The free workshop, taught by Twigs and collaborators Ramon Baynes, Kash Powell and Dominic Lawrence, lasted five hours. Six of the dancers who took part in the workshop were then invited to perform with Twigs at her show at Pier Six Pavilion the following night.

The trailer for the documentary – which was made in collaboration with WeTransfer Studios – is a brief, intense affair featuring a spoken line from Twigs saying, “When things are difficult, art always flourishes”.
