New Kreidler Album ‘European Song’ Out In April

Kreidler, the Dusseldorf based post-rock/ IDM outfit formed in the 90s, are set to release new album 'European Song' next week. The band (which includes Detlef Weinrich AKA Tolouse Low Trax) had already completed a new LP just prior to recording this release, a record that was "lighter, more minimalist and certainly more playful" than the band's work of recent years. However, on hearing the shock result of the US election which "seemed to solidify everything that was going wrong with the world", the band swiftly reconvened in order to record a brand new set of tracks captured live in the studio as spontaneous improvisational takes. The band's hybrid of "UnKraut | NoTech | DarkPop | Bunker" is represented in the first video to be released for track 'Kannibal' here:

Kreidler – European Song is released by Bureau B on 7th April 2017 and can be pre-ordered HERE.
