“Ellen’s poem ’Passing' blew me away and I felt compelled to provide it with a musical accompaniment. I liked how Ellen's vocal recording sounded lo-fi, so I created an environment around it to make it feel cinematic.”

The Scottish producer and poet have teamed up for a special release on Whities in what is a showcase of experimental soundscapes and thought provoking prose. Due for release on the 1st of May the record features two stand alone tracks from Lord of the Isles alongside two collaborations with Ellen Renton. 

The EP is themed and focussed towards climate change with attention being channeled towards the present and future. The inspiration is described by Neil McDonald aka Lord of the Isles below:
