Bbc Reveals Line Up For Bristol 6music Festival

Art & Culture

BBC 6 Music have announced the full line up of their weekend long festival, taking place in venues around Bristol from Friday Feb 12th to Sunday Feb 14th. Taking a particularly Bristolian slant, the festival sees hometown hero Roni Size performing with Reprezent, alongside a day dedicated to soundsystem culture featuring Dennis Bovell – the UK dub reggae producer who has genuinely earned the title living legend. We're also intrigued by the presence of another set of locals; post punk veterans The Pop Group are set to perfom a 'noise set' alongside former Portishead linchpin Geoff Barrow. Alongside the main events, BBC are promising a fringe festival, more details on that over here.
